Sharon Yvonne Stone, born 10 March 1958 in Meadville (Pennsylvania), is born to Dorothy Lawson, a former employee at a factory as well as Joseph William Stone, a tool and die maker. Michael, Kelly, Patrick and Dorothy Lawson are her three siblings. Stone has a talent in the classroom as a young child, began in second grade at five. In 1975 she was a graduate of Saegertown high school located in Saegertown (Pennsylvania). A winner of Miss Crawford County, she was also a part of Miss Pennsylvania. Miss Pennsylvania Beauty Pageant. Stone together with her Aunt in 1977, relocated to New Jersey for a modeling job. She was signed by Ford Modeling Agency a week later. The next stage was Europe in the course of a year living with her aunt in Milan, Paris and other cities. Stone was however dissatisfied in Europe with the modelling industry and opted to go into acting. Woody Allen's film, "Stardust Memories", got mixed praise at the age of 20.
